This 2 Finsbury Avenue (2FA) project will feature a 21-storey West Tower and a 36-storey East Tower, connected by a 12-storey podium.聽

The design includes a solid and glazed sawtooth-shaped facade featuring triangular patterns and will be supported by a steelwork system.
The property will have more than 750,000ft虏 of new office space, alongside green areas, leisure facilities, and spaces accessible to the public.
It is said to become the largest building on the Broadgate campus.
It targets Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method Outstanding, WELL Platinum, Energy Performance Certificate A, and NABERS five-star ratings.聽聽

Last month, Sir Robert McAlpine was selected to construct this dual high-rise, mixed-use development.
A joint venture between British Land and GIC appointed the construction and civil engineering company for this project.

A third of the development’s office space has been pre-leased by hedge fund company Citadel and Citadel Securities.
Completion is expected in 2027, with William Hare anticipated to finish its work by mid-2025.
