Housing developer OBOS has forged an agreement with Scandinavian contractor to develop the third phase of the Teieparken project in T酶nsberg, Norway.聽聽
This phase includes the construction of 52 environmentally certified apartments.

Veidekke Bygg Vestfold and Telemark district manager Lars N Hjert氓s said: 鈥淲e are pleased to extend our good cooperation with OBOS on the Teieparken residential project. This started with a partnership agreement on project development back in 2017, which proceeded to the development contract for the first 64 apartments in 2018 which have long since been completed.聽聽

Teieparken is envisioned as a green city district, featuring a public park surrounded by walkways, play areas, and recreational spaces.

Veidekke has included this contract in its order book for the first quarter of 2024.
Earlier this week, Veidekke won a contract to build the Mediebyen office and commercial building at Nytorget in Stavanger, Norway.聽
The design-and-build contract, awarded by SVG Property, is worth Nkr330m, excluding VAT.聽
