Morgan Sindall Construction has secured a place on the third edition of the North Wales Construction Partnership Framework (NWCP3).
The entire £600m ($762.01m) framework is a joint effort by six local authorities in North Wales. Â
The previous NWCP2 facilitated projects worth more than £200m, with 76% of these projects’ supply chain spend remaining within Wales.Â
NWCP3 will comprise projects such as new school buildings and other public sector developments, alongside social housing developed by all six authorities. Â
The framework prioritises socially responsible procurement, with an emphasis on delivering social, economic, environmental, and cultural benefits. Â
It aims to foster collaborative working among clients, contractors, design teams, and the supply chain, with community benefits at the forefront. Â
