Morgan Sindall Construction has secured a place on the third edition of the North Wales Construction Partnership Framework (NWCP3).

The entire 拢600m ($762.01m)聽framework聽is a joint effort by six local authorities in North Wales.聽聽

The previous NWCP2 facilitated projects worth more than 拢200m, with 76% of these projects’ supply chain spend remaining within Wales.聽

NWCP3 will comprise projects such as new school buildings and other public sector developments, alongside social housing developed by all six authorities. 聽

The framework prioritises socially responsible procurement, with an emphasis on delivering social, economic, environmental, and cultural benefits.聽聽
